Capturing the essence of grounding greens in the bathroom

Reminiscent of the natural world, ‘verdant’ and ‘seafoam’ greens are set to be a key colour trend in 2025. Bringing a sense of grounding to the home and setting the mood for relaxation and restoration – demonstrating the transformative power colour holds.

With a subtle, shadowy sophistication, Clearwater Interiors create a luxuriously intimate space with sensory design at its core. Clearwater Interiors’ newest collection brings together rich wood tones paired with bold, solid accent colours inspired by the post-modern era with dual-toned bath and basins in Matt Black and White Gloss upon a Military Green textured stone panel. A modernist scheme: an enduring and timeless concept in interior design, the Mid-Century modern aesthetic is characteristically simple with clean lines and organic and natural material choices. Teamed with primary block colours such as sumptuous greens and complemented by Brushed Metallic hardware, adding a visual depth and sultry feel to the bathroom.

Designing a space of zen

Pinterest’s recent Autumn 2024 report unveils a 350% increase in searches of ‘Dark green bathroom’ and a whopping 2,670% rise in ‘Green home décor’ more generally. ‘Zen house’ is also up by 405%.

WGSN predicts 2025 as the year of rest as something to pursue and track with intention.
Enter... the healing home. A haven of self-care, particularly in the bathroom.

“Green symbolises growth and hope, while earthy tones signify stability, dependability and timelessness. Associated with nature and security, green resonates the shift towards regenerative and self-reliant lifestyles, decluttered designs and a focus on living in harmony with habitats that support us.”

WGSN, Home Lifestyles 2025 Report

“Colourful and particularly green bathrooms are coming back into fashion with Gen-Z clients entering the home interiors market. Rather than a functional setting, the bathroom is much more a place of tranquillity and renewal. Greens carry a soothing appeal, adding a sense of calm and spa-like feeling in the home. This colour revival is celebrated within our newest bathroom collection with soft pinks and earthy greens designed to beautifully elevate a bathroom space.”
